Welcome to SBLT! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SBLT mobile application ("App") and website ("Website"), operated by Orion Tech Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using SBLT, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use SBLT.

You must create an account and connect your Instagram to use SBLT. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update this information to keep it accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You may only have one SBLT account. Creating multiple accounts may result in termination of all accounts.
SBLT is a platform that connects people looking to sublet their homes with people looking for temporary housing, using social networks to create trusted connections.
SBLT is a platform only. We are not a party to any rental agreement, sublease, or transaction between users. We do not own, manage, or control any properties listed on SBLT.
We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or availability of any listing. We do not guarantee that you will find a sublet or a subtenant.
When creating a listing on SBLT, you agree that:
Subletting laws vary by location. You are solely responsible for ensuring your sublet complies with your lease agreement, building rules, and local laws. SBLT does not provide legal advice.
When using SBLT, you agree NOT to:
You retain ownership of content you submit to SBLT (photos, descriptions, messages). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating SBLT.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable, without prior notice.
While SBLT's network-based model aims to create a safer subletting environment, we cannot guarantee the behavior of other users. You are solely responsible for your interactions and any agreements you enter into.
SBLT does not conduct background checks on users. We encourage you to do your own due diligence before entering into any agreement.
SBLT is currently free to use. We may introduce fees or premium features in the future. Any fees will be clearly disclosed before you incur them.
SBLT and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Orion Tech Solutions LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without our written permission.
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your profile, listings, and personal information will be removed within 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
SBLT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR LEGALITY OF ANY LISTING. WE DO NOT ENDORSE ANY USER, LISTING, OR PROPERTY.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT OF ANY USER, WHETHER ONLINE OR OFFLINE, OR FOR ANY TRANSACTION BETWEEN USERS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORION TECH SOLUTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF SBLT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orion Tech Solutions LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of SBLT, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any rights of another, or any sublet agreement you enter into.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of SBLT will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the app or sending you a notification. Your continued use of SBLT after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
